Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for part time work that fits around school hours? We’re a home based, family orientated bookkeeping practice located in Varsity Lakes, and we're looking for a reliable, detail driven professional to support our growing client base.

About the Role

Permanent part time with a 3 month probation period

Start with 3 days per week, 9:00 am to 2:30 pm

Opportunity to grow to 5 days per week

Includes holiday pay and sick leave

Key Responsibilities

Deliver accurate, timely bookkeeping services to a variety of small business clients

Communicate clearly and warmly with clients, building lasting relationships

Ensure compliance with current GST and ATO obligations

Maintain data integrity and accuracy no shortcuts, no guesswork

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or higher)

Previous bookkeeping experience is essential

Must have experience with cloud based accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)

Excellent attention to detail and strong common sense

Friendly, proactive, and professional communicator

Comfortable working independently in a home office environment

Values a long term role in a close knit, supportive team
