Bookkeeper and General Admin
We are seeking an experienced and reliable part time bookkeeper / office administrator to join our small team in Ashmore on the Gold Coast with an immediate start.
This is a flexible position, ideal for candidates looking to work school hours.
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with a background in financial and business administration, a positive driven attitude and great organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
Financial reporting, reconciliations, cashflow and budgeting
BAS preparation and liaison with external accountants
General Office Administration and compliances
PA support as needed to the owners
Liaising with external accountants and suppliers
What you’ll bring
Cert IV or higher in bookkeeping with 5+ years experience
Strong proficiency in Xero with 5+ years experience
Experience with MYOB or willingness to learn with provided training
Excellent understanding of payroll, compliance and accounts functions
Outstanding time management, communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in using MS Office suite
