On Line Services Bookkeeping & Payroll is a small office based in the regional town of Warwick, Queensland. We are a client-focused firm who strive to take the hard financial work out of operating a business. Our client base spans across Australia and across many different industries. We are seeking a proactive part-time bookkeeper & payroll clerk to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Data entry
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Bank reconciliation
• Preparing monthly financial reports
• Liaise directly with clients
• Payroll processing
• Superannuation payments
• Day-to-day office tasks
• Report directly to the business owner

Essential Requirements

• Experience or qualifications in bookkeeping & payroll
• Hard-working & willingness to learn
• Confident & friendly personality
• Work within a team environment
• Basic computer skills including Outlook & Excel
• Knowledge in bookkeeping & payroll software such as Quickbooks & Xero
• Hours to be discussed, minimum of three work days (must include Monday & Wednesday)
