The Role

As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations, orchestrating seamless workflows, inspiring our global team, and keeping our solar installations running like clockwork. From managing overseas staff to collaborating with our sales manager and taking calls from installers, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth execution of all processes.

Lead Global Teams: Supervise and motivate overseas staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Support Installers: Handle direct calls from installers, providing swift solutions and technical guidance to keep projects on track.

Collaborate Strategically: Partner with the operations team and sales manager to align goals, streamline processes, and boost performance.

Optimize Performance: Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance operations.

Work with Tradies: Build strong relationships with tradespeople, ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier installation standards.

Ensure Compliance: Uphold company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards with unwavering commitment.

Who You Are

Proven experience in operations management, ideally in renewable energy, electrical, or solar sectors.

Hands-on experience working with tradespeople and managing field operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage diverse teams, including overseas staff.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and solve problems with confidence in a fast-paced setting.

Comfortable in a hybrid work model, splitting time between home and our vibrant West Lakes office.

Collaborative mindset with experience partnering with sales teams and stakeholders.

Electrical or solar expertise is a major plus, but a passion for learning is just as valuable.
