Your Opportunity:
Thanks to internal growth, an opportunity has arisen for a strategic, people-oriented Operations Manager, leading a workforce of 60-70. You'll be part of the Senior Leadership Team and responsibilities include:

• Leading and optimising the manufacturing processes, with a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
• Problem-solving and decision-making, focused on output planning and scheduling
• Developing teams, performance and culture by motivating and inspiring a diverse group of operators
• Analysing data and reports, using insights to drive informed manufacturing and supply chain decision-making
• Liaising effectively with Key Stakeholders, Internal Teams, Suppliers, Building Site Managers, Key Clients and Executive
• Producing reports pertaining to a manufacturing culture where quality and time pressures co-exist

About You:

• Seasoned in a similar Operations Management role, preferably in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment involving building and construction materials
• Sound experience in the application of Lean Manufacturing Principals
• Tertiary Education in either Engineering or Business Administration is ideal
• Proven track record of applying business acumen to a manufacturing environment involving efficiencies related to building sites
• An approachable leader, driven by enhancing their people at all times

Other Details
The position is on-site and full-time and offers a strong career path. Remuneration guide is $110 - 120K+ Superannuation + Vehicle.
