This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of their work, be involved in complex and detailed carpentry, and work closely with a supportive site and project team.

You’ll be working on some of Melbourne’s most well-designed homes, where quality and precision are valued above all. From framing to fix, you'll contribute to the full building lifecycle and be supported to continue developing your skills in a collaborative environment.

You should have experience on high-end residential projects, hold a Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent, and have a solid understanding of plans, measurements, and sequencing. A strong work ethic, pride in your workmanship, and a willingness to grow into more responsibility over time will be key to succeeding in this role. A white card and valid driver’s licence are required, and you’ll need your own tools.
