About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, reporting directly to the Directors and working closely with divisional General Managers. You will lead the group’s sales strategy, manage marketing initiatives, and coach a high-performance team across multiple locations and brands.
You’ll be responsible for leading and mentoring a dynamic, multi-site team across both sales and marketing functions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational execution, and strong people leadership.
You’ll work closely with studio managers, our Exercise Physiology division, and the Executive Team to align acquisition strategies with service delivery and member success. You’ll be trusted to operate with a high level of autonomy while also contributing to key strategic decisions across the organisation.
Some interstate travel (e.g., monthly or quarterly) may be required to collaborate onsite with team members or visit studio locations in Victoria and South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement all sales and marketing strategy across group brands
Manage digital campaigns, brand messaging, promotions, and referral growth
Coach and develop the sales and marketing team across VIC and SA locations
Collaborate with studio managers and practitioners on local marketing initiatives
Analyse lead data and sales conversion performance, reporting with insights and recommendations
Oversee campaign execution across CRM platforms, allied health booking software, and group training systems
Ensure brand consistency, customer experience quality, and alignment with company values

Month-on-month lead growth across all locations
Improved enquiry-to-sign-up conversion rates and lead nurturing outcomes
Consistent delivery of campaigns and communications that reflect the brand
A motivated, engaged, and accountable sales and marketing team that drives performance independently
Clear KPI focus, with data-led decisions, tracked progress, and outcomes celebrated as a team

About You
Minimum 3 years in a senior sales and/or marketing leadership role
Proven success leading teams, executing strategy, and driving results
Strong KPI focus and ability to lead teams through high-performance frameworks
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working across remote, in-studio, and office-based environments
Experience in fitness, health, or allied health preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot), allied health booking software, and group training systems an advantage
