The Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a driven Site Supervisor Or Estimator/Supervisor ready to join a national insurance builder with a strong pipeline of work and serious growth potential.

Based on the Gold Coast, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners restore their properties after damage. No two days are the same, and your ability to manage, communicate, and deliver quality outcomes will be highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing residential repair projects from site handover to completion
• Scoping and estimating repairs accurately
• Engaging and coordinating reliable subcontractors and trades
• Preparing and submitting detailed reports
• Liaising with customers, trades, and clients to ensure a smooth and supportive experience
• Representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in both estimating and supervising residential insurance works
• QBCC Qualified Supervisor with a Cert IV in Building & Construction
• Trade background in carpentry, plastering, roofing, or plumbing highly regarded
• A true “people person” – friendly, respectful, and great in client-facing situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with excellent attention to detail
• Motivated by fast-paced environments and problem-solving on the fly
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction
