What You Will Be Working On
Based on sites all south of Brisbane, your role will be critical in delivering exceptional community infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising all construction activities and maintaining associated documentation
• Ensuring quality and safety standards and relevant documentation
• Coordination of contractor interfaces
• Assist with contracts administration
• Managing weekly meetings, including council interactions

You'll be instrumental in delivering master-planned communities that integrate:

• Thoughtfully designed residential neighborhoods
• Strategic placement of shops and schools
• Recreational facilities
• Integrated transport hub access
• Carefully planned green spaces

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

We're seeking a civil engineer who thrives on making a tangible impact. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience (flexibility for slightly more or less experience)
• Strong skills in site engineering and construction engineering
• Any contract administration capabilities highly regarded
• Proven ability to manage complex project communications
• A passion for creating sustainable, well-designed communities
