This isn’t your typical Site Supervisor role. You won’t just be overseeing builds – you’ll be involved in planning, scheduling, and driving programs from start to finish. Whether you’re an up-and-coming Supervisor ready to take on more, or a seasoned pro who thrives running jobs independently, this is a rare chance to join a high-end custom builder that values quality, initiative, and attention to detail.
With only 8-10 custom homes delivered each year, you’ll oversee a manageable number of projects – not an overwhelming workload. You’ll have the time, resources, and support to focus on quality delivery and doing things the right way. Interviews are already underway, and they’re ready to bring someone on board as soon as the right person is ready.

Our client is a highly regarded residential builder specialising in bespoke, architecturally designed homes across Brisbane’s inner suburbs. With around 8-10 builds per year and projects spanning from Camp Hill to Bulimba, they pride themselves on quality over quantity. Their small team works collaboratively, and their hands-on Director brings a commercial background and a focus on high standards and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising construction of high-end custom homes from start to finish
• Managing trades and subcontractors to keep quality and timelines on track
• Liaising with the internal design team and Director for smooth delivery
• Assisting with planning, scheduling, and program management
• Reporting progress and resolving on-site challenges independently

What You Bring

• Recent experience supervising custom homes in Brisbane
• QBCC Site Supervisor licence
