Job Title: Construction Supervisor – Residential Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of residential construction sites, ensuring that projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, including timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed to the highest standards, meeting building codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain accurate records of all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, safety reports, and progress reports.
• Assist in conflict resolution and address challenges that arise on site to keep projects on track.
• Provide leadership to your team, offering direction and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in residential projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Or, if you’re a skilled tradesperson with a desire to step up into a leadership position, we’re open to candidates looking to take their career to the next level.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control and attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team while communicating effectively with clients and team members.
