About the Role – Make a Real Difference Every Day

We’re looking for a passionate Practice Supervisor to join our team and provide practice direction and support to team members in the Intensive Family Support (IFS) Program.

In this role, you’ll provide practice support to team members regarding child protection risk, engaging with hard-to-reach families, and the implementation of a case management service to families.

  • Level 6 SCHCADS Award.
  • Salary range: $106,390 - $111,093 (pro-rata) + Superannuation.
  • Part time (0.8FTE) position until 27 July 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Upskill and support IFS practitioners to deliver high quality client outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and completion of assessments and case plans by the lead practitioner.
  • Facilitate client case consultations, giving directions about risk, safety, and practice interventions.
  • Provide individual and group learning development opportunities, through varied supervision.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in social work, allied health, human services, or a related field
  • At least five (5) years’ experience working with children and families, preferably with time spent working within a trauma-informed framework.
  • Relevant experience supervising staff in similar role.
  • Clinical and therapeutic understanding of the impacts of trauma on child and family functioning.

Other Things You’ll Need

  • A current Working with Children Check (or eligible for professional exemption).
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • The legal right to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).
