Custom Air Group is an established business with 33 years of experience specialising in Design, Manufacture, Supply & Installation of Custom, Sleeper Cab Air Conditioning Systems & Customised Sleeper Cabin Fit outs. Our Head Office & Factory is based in Somerton Victoria.
We have an exciting opportunity for a bright Receptionist / Administration Support Clerk to join our team at our Somerton facility. The ideal candidate will have previous reception / administration experience within a busy workshop environment, warranty administration processes, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, exceptional customer service and computer skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Greeting Customers and referring technical matters to relevant staff
Product Warranty Administration
Provide backup administrative support to other departments
Knowledge & Use of Myob is a requirement, Creating Invoices & Data Entry
This is a Monday-Friday role. Office opening hours are between 8am – 5.00pm, but your hours of work can be negotiated for the right candidate.
In this important client facing role, you will be the first point of contact for the Group's customers and suppliers.
With a high level of professionalism and a friendly disposition, you will handle all general administration duties including meeting and greeting all visitors.

Excellent phone / personal customer service skills
Industry experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Power-point
Social Media Management ability
Medium level accounting knowledge and accounting software experience with Myob - Account Right Premier or Simular , required.
Ability to adhere to OH & S Policies
Self motivated, organised and enthusiastic
