Ballarat Podiatry is looking for a warm, proactive, and detail-oriented person to join our team as an Administrative Support Staff Member. What the Role Involves:

As the first and last face our patients see, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a positive experience for every person who walks through our doors. This is a multifaceted position that blends administration, customer service, and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities include:

Booking and managing patient appointments

Billing patients and reconciling payments

Supporting banking, debt management, and reporting tasks

Data entry, scanning, printing, and actioning emails

Selling footwear and processing product sales

Cleaning and sterilising podiatry instruments

Maintaining clinical rooms and supporting practitioner needs

Following up on referrals and sending correspondence

Communicating confidently with patients, practitioners, and our leadership team

Completing training to build your understanding of podiatry and patient care

Jumping in to assist with other duties as needed

What You’ll Need:

A warm, professional manner and strong communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

A can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in health administration is a bonus, but not essential — we provide all training
