Sodexo is seeking a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant to join our small corporate team supporting a leading professional services company in the Adelaide CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist internal and external visitors with a friendly, professional manner

Manage visitor records and coordinate meeting room bookings

Support catering arrangements for meetings and events

Assist with mailroom processes and maintain communal staff areas

Provide AV/VC support for meetings and presentations

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer-facing experience in a professional or corporate environment

Background in corporate catering, 5-star hospitality, or body corporate administration is highly regarded

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
