We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Relations Assistant to join our Customer Service Team on a 7-month contract, with the possibility of ongoing employment.

The Role

Provide exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.

Build relationships with wholesalers, contractors and our sales team.

Process sales orders, credits and respond to inquiries via phone and email.

Manage accurate and timely data entry across multiple platforms.

Monitor inboxes and assist with technical queries and support.

Work collaboratively in a positive and customer-focused team.

About You

Confident communicator with a positive phone manner.

Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail and experience in data entry.

Tech-savvy – experience with Microsoft Office and Dynamics software systems is a bonus.

Previous customer service or admin experience preferred.

Knowledge of electrical products is a plus, but not essential.
