Negotiable base + incentives + super (OTE AUD$200k - AUD$300k).

We’re seeking a Head of Sales to own and drive all aspects of revenue generation for DreamWalk. You will have full accountability for the end-to-end sales function, including leading our team of talented sales individuals. You and your team will be responsible for selling bespoke software design and development services to startups, SMEs, corporates & Government. This role offers uncapped earning potential with massive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Head of Sales, you will:
Nurture existing routes to market whilst identifying and developing fresh approaches
Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies
Own the methods by which you and the team convert leads into paying clients
Manage the entire sales pipeline, from leads to deal closure and post-sale client relationships
Nurture existing client relationships to increase lifetime value
Develop new and existing industry partnerships
Prepare polished, custom sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and consistently win high-value deals.
Using your existing personal network, and by extending it as a DreamWalk leader, increase penetration of large corporate and government supply panels, either directly or as a partner of existing panel members
Seek out and respond to appropriate RFPs/Tenders
Engage in continuous sales process improvements, ensuring high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction
Ensure that you and your team maintains and updates CRM records, documenting all sales activities
Forecast, agree (with stakeholders) and then meet revenue targets, actively contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
Who You Are:
To excel in this role, you will:
Be an experienced sales professional with a deep understanding of software development and agency or consultancy environments. It is critical you can talk about software development with confidence and provide strategic advice to senior leaders that are looking to build systems, apps and cloud infrastructure
Have a proven track record of winning medium/large software development deals ($250k+) and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets ($2 - $5mil+ annually)
Be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to balance long-term goals with day-to-day execution
Have excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage complex sales processes from start to finish
Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of results
Communicate effectively, both in written and verbal forms, with clients and internal teams alike
Have forward-thinking team management skills
