THE ROLE - PPTY MGR

We’re on the lookout for a property pro with people skills and a sharp eye for detail. As our new PPTY MGR, you’ll be the friendly face behind the scenes – managing everything from leasing and compliance to tenant TLC and landlord liaisons. Working closely with our NBHD Directors, you’ll look after a well-balanced portfolio of 80-100 properties. This part-time role is perfect for someone returning to the workforce, looking for flexibility, or just ready for a change of pace, without compromising on career progression.

KEY TSKS

Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and variations

Conduct routine entry, exit, open and building inspections

Confidently liaise and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords and trades

Use Property Tree PM software to manage administration tasks, including but not limited to, rental invoicing, tenant accounts and property reporting

Ensuring compliance with lease terms, relevant legislation and handling dispute resolution

Work directly with NBHD Directors towards strategic planning and portfolio success

Ensure CPD compliance and registration

You’ve got at least 2 years of Residential Property Management experience and your ACT registration

You hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable car ready to roll
