We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team on a casual basis (approx. 30 hours per week) for a guaranteed 6-month period.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives working autonomously, has excellent communication and organisational skills, and is confident managing a small portfolio.

Previous experience in property management is essential

Strong working knowledge of PropertyMe

Reliable, organised and self-motivated

Ability to manage time and priorities effectively

Professional presentation and communication

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant/landlord communication.
