What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and deepening strategic relationships with founders, C-suite executives and business owners
- Acting as the go-to for key accounts, setting clear expectations and owning client success.
- Identifying growth opportunities – upsell, cross-sell, and everything in between.
- Translating big-picture goals into tactical execution for a global offshore delivery team.
- Driving smooth, structured project management with clarity, empathy, and speed.
- Becoming a key partner to a detail-driven founder – precision and accountability are essential.

- You’ve partnered with senior decision-makers and can speak their language.
- You’re proactive, organised, and three steps ahead.
- You ask strategic questions that cut through the noise.
- You balance structure with creativity – refining what’s there and designing new pathways.
- You’re energised by fast-paced, high-trust environments.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with platforms like LinkedIn Navigator or Recruiter, Notion, ClickUp, ZoomInfo, or Instantly.
