Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, business development, and account management. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and management teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

Manage and optimize our website and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress).

Utilize digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb) to monitor and report on marketing performance.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage paid digital ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Manage and improve business processes using tools like Signavio and MySQL.

Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, business development, and account management.

Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools, SEO, SEM, and social media management.

Experience with website development and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress).

Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, SemRush, and various email marketing platforms.

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and business process improvement skills.

Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.

Exceptional customer service and public speaking skills.

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience in managing a team and achieving significant business growth.

Strong track record in achieving digital marketing and e-commerce goals.

Ability to build and lead high-performing accounts teams.

Experience in creating and implementing digital media strategies.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for content development.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

Experience in the electrical safety industry or a related field is a plus.
