Northpac International Pty Ltd trading as Pro Sportswear and Embroidery Excellence focusses on the provision of sports apparel, workwear and corporate wear. In addition we provide a decorating service. The successful candidate will need to deal with customers ranging from sporting clubs, schools to business customers. This is a full time role and will be based at our Luscome office in Queensland.

This position is primarily focused on developing customer relationships with both existing and new customerswith the aim of generating additional sales. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years experience and have relevant tertiary qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and secure new customers

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Prepare customised proposals, assist with pricing and negotiations

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

About You

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management

A confident and professional communicator

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven

Strong organisational and presentation skills

Commercial selling, negotiation, and objection handling skills

Be comfortable with the use of technology and have an eye for detail

Valid driver’s licence preferred
