About The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving sales growth by nurturing existing client relationships and developing new opportunities within your territory.

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering innovative marketing and technology solutions.

You will be based out of the Worldwide Springwood location and supported by our Worldwide National Support office and Colour Synergy, giving you a strong foundation for success.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.

Drive sales across marketing automation, design, print, promotional products, and digital business solutions.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.

Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to provide innovative solutions.

Contribute to the strategic growth of the business.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in sales, ideally in marketing automation, design, print, or digital business solutions.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and client success.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to sales.

Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
