What You’ll Tackle Daily:

This is a hands-on coordinator-level role, working closely with the Director, where you’ll help execute TSG’s marketing strategy, contribute to lead generation, and deliver engaging content across multiple channels. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills while being supported and mentored by senior team members.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

Support the execution of The Save Group’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Manage and grow our Membership Program (newsletters, webinars, strategy sessions)

Create content for emails, socials, brochures, and digital campaigns

Maintain and improve the WordPress website and SEO

Run social accounts and paid adverts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and respond to enquiries

Design and send EDMs via HubSpot, report on performance metrics

Support business development with client presentations, proposals, and follow ups

Use company AI tools (Copilot) to enhance marketing productivity

Coordinate events, update pricing, and manage campaign documentation

Manage our CRM (Hubspot) for both sales and marketing activities

This is a varied role, assisting with sales and administrative tasks

Your Essential Skillset:

5+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally in professional consulting, recruitment, or accounting

Experience in sales and business development highly desirable

Strong writing, social media and content design skills

Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, and Microsoft Office

Hands-on with data, lead funnels, and marketing ROI

Independent and organised with great attention to detail

A 'doer' mentality with the ability to juggle competing priorities
