Your Role – Organisation Meets Innovation

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the organisational heartbeat of our marketing team, managing workflows across three growing brands:

Summertime Pools – our hero brand

Halo Spas – factory-direct luxury spas

Swimming Pools Direct – Ecom / DIY Kit Pools for owner builders.

You'll report to our Marketing Director and:

Be Our Workflow Wizard

Project manage all internal marketing briefs from start to finish

Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Coordinate between designers, content creators, and external partners

Build systems that keep our campaigns running like clockwork

Pioneer AI in Our Marketing

Use AI tools to streamline content creation and workflow management

Research and implement new AI capabilities for marketing tasks

Train team members on AI best practices

Help us stay ahead of the curve in marketing automation

Support Campaign Execution

Assist with campaign rollouts across digital, print, and retail

Help maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

Track project progress and flag any roadblocks

Contribute fresh ideas in brainstorming sessions

Who You Are
