Position Overview

We’re growing and looking for a proactive, detail-focused Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our expanding team and turbocharge our marketing efforts. Your mission? To bring precision, pace, and polish to everything we do, from digital campaigns and content to events and performance tracking.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep our messaging sharp, campaigns on track, and our brand strong across every channel. As our international presence expands, this role is central to helping us deliver bold marketing goals and cement our position as the go-to design partner for the world’s leading architects.

This role can be based in either our office in Bendigo or our Design Studio in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-quality content and copy across digital channels.

• Coordinate the marketing calendar and campaign workflow to meet all deadlines.

• Monitor digital performance across SEO, Google Ads, and social platforms – and bring the data to life with insights.

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver seamless events and webinars that enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with SEO, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns – preferably agency-side.

• Proven skills in content creation and copywriting – you know how to tell a story and sell a message.

• Excellent coordination abilities with experience managing end-to-end event logistics.

• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to optimising campaign performance.

• Passion for architecture, design, or the built environment? Even better.
