About the Role

If you’re someone who brings creative energy, loves making things happen, and cares about quality, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll play a critical role in executing marketing tasks — from uploading paid ad creatives to Meta Ads Manager, to scheduling social media content, to assisting on content shoots in our in-house studio and coordinating with content creators.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing or eCommerce who’s ready to grow their career in a brand that values creativity, pace, and ownership. You’ll work closely with our Creative Strategist and Design team and play a key part in helping Pawezy scale its visual and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Upload and schedule creatives across Meta and other paid advertising platforms

Coordinate and schedule organic content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube

Assist on content shoot days — including setup, styling, product prep, and general organisation

Manage and organise digital assets, ensuring proper naming and structured filing of shared content

Coordinate with content creators — send briefs, track deliveries, and follow up on submissions

Prepare PR kits and manage outbound product shipments for content or creator purposes

Support community engagement across social media platforms (e.g. responding to comments, managing giveaways, reposting tagged stories, etc.)

Track marketing tasks, timelines, and assist in campaign coordination

Support the team with general day-to-day marketing operations as required

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing or content coordination role

A genuine interest in eCommerce, social media, and brand-building

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using tools like Meta Ads Manager, SharePoint, and social scheduling platforms — or able to pick up tools quickly

Proactive, dependable, and able to take ownership of tasks without needing micromanagement

Clear communicator who enjoys working collaboratively in a small team

Bonus: experience or interest in content production (photography/video)
