About the Role

This newly created role supports both Marketing and People and Culture. From social media to internal events, calendar coordination to brand storytelling, you'll help the business communicate with consistency and care. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow in a company that invests in its people.

Key Duties

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and manage social content
• Write newsletters and internal updates across channels
• Maintain and manage a content calendar and creative assets
• Contribute to surveys, feedback collection and simple reporting
• Support team events, onboarding and calendar scheduling
• Liaise with freelancers, vendors and internal departments
• Track engagement and contribute to monthly social reporting

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with social media content creation
• Proficiency in Canva; Adobe Suite can be trained
• Familiarity with Mailchimp and Meta Business Suite preferred
• Warm, team-first attitude with energy and initiativeCurious, adaptable and eager to grow within a supportive team
• A qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar is ideal
