Primary Responsibilities:

Contribute to content development, marketing proposals, and managing social media updates—particularly on LinkedIn.

Create and refine visuals aligned with brand standards using Microsoft Office and other design tools.

Assist in executing marketing initiatives across various platforms including digital, print, and social media.

Ensure communication maintains a unified and professional tone across both internal and external channels.

Update website content and support broader branding and marketing projects.

Help organise and manage company events, such as client gatherings, seminars, and charity functions.

Oversee event logistics—handling RSVPs, venue coordination, marketing materials, and providing on-site assistance.

Prepare sales and marketing materials, presentations, and client-facing documents.

Aid in generating new leads and conducting follow-ups after events and client meetings.

Keep CRM systems current with accurate client and prospect information.

Assist with meeting preparations, including room setup, agenda distribution, minute-taking, and tracking action items.

Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the leadership team.

Help maintain smooth operations and contribute to team productivity and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience Required:

Prior experience in a marketing or team assistant role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
