As their new Civil Supervisor, you'll be the linchpin on site, responsible for the effective management and leadership of their dedicated civil construction teams. This is a hands-on role where your ability to inspire, organise, and problem-solve will be critical to project success.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Directing and overseeing daily on-site operations and personnel.
• Ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• Implementing and enforcing all company policies and safety procedures.
• Collaborating closely with project managers and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Mentoring and developing on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Managing resources, equipment, and materials effectively.

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in a day-to-day, on-site staff management capacity.
• A strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and best practices.
