We are currently looking for a dedicated and driven Construction Supervisor to join our team. If you are a qualified supervisor or skilled carpenter ready to take the next step in your career, this is your opportunity to join a company that will support you and your development.

The role

As the Construction Supervisor you will oversee the construction of a number of projects at a time with varying levels of complexity, from simple extensions to extensive renovation work with substantial extensions - single storey only. You’ll be part of a team that works as one to ensure all projects are delivered on time, to a high standard of quality and ultimately to the satisfaction of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily on-site construction activities and trades

· Manage construction schedules and workflows to meet deadlines

· Coordinate materials, suppliers, and subcontractors efficiently

· Conduct regular quality assurance and compliance checks

· Uphold site safety and ensure adherence to OHS standards

· Be hands-on when required to support project delivery

· Communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, contractors and regulatory bodies.

About you

We are seeking someone who is passionate about building and ready to step into a leadership role. You are organised, detail-oriented and take pride in your work.

Essential:

· Carpentry trade background

· Valid driver’s licence

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

· A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

· Supervisor’s licence (with alterations & renovations)

Preferred:

· Previous experience in residential additions and renovations
