The Role

• Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure program, safety and quality outcomes
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades in line with programme
• Ensure compliance with defence and project-specific protocols
• Work closely with the PM to manage schedule, materials and documentation
• Lead on-site safety, toolbox talks and HSE compliance
• Maintain strong site presence and build relationships with all stakeholders

The Criteria

• Eligible to obtain (or currently hold) Baseline Security Clearance
• Trade background or tertiary qualification in construction or a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising commercial or residential projects
• Previous Defence or secure site experience highly regarded but not essential
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Organised, proactive and comfortable running a busy site
