Site Supervisor | Residential Construction | South Australia

We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to join a well-established and future-focused residential builder delivering high-quality house and land packages across South Australia.

As a Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of site-based operations, leading from the front to ensure quality builds are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, including the coordination of trades and contractors
• Manage site staff and uphold a high-performance, safety-first culture
• Ensure all materials are procured and ordered in line with project timelines
• Track project costs and adhere to strict budgets
• Liaise with clients and maintain clear communication from site start through to handover
• Report to senior management on progress, risks, and variations
• Deliver homes defect-free and manage rectification where required
• Drive efficient workflows and ensure construction quality meets company and industry standards
