THE ROLE

As a Construction Supervisor, you will oversee the construction of a variety of projects – from medium-density sites to traditional single and double-storey homes. You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment where your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site construction activities and trades

Manage construction schedules and workflows to meet deadlines

Coordinate materials, suppliers, and subcontractors efficiently

Conduct regular quality assurance and compliance checks

Uphold site safety and ensure adherence to OHS standards

Be hands-on when required to support project delivery

Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders

ABOUT YOU

We're seeking someone who is passionate about building and ready to step into a leadership role. You're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential:

Carpentry trade background

Valid driver’s licence

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

A proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred:

Supervisor’s licence (or willingness to obtain)

Previous experience in residential construction
