ROUSSOS Recruitment is working alongside a national contractor ideally looking for an enthusiastic, results driven professional in the role of Junior Site Supervisor. Our client specialises in delivering commercial new builds, refurbishment and fit-out projects in retail, health, education, hospitality and aged care across Adelaide.

This builder has a passion for developing the talent and skills of their employees which has led to lengthy tenures in the company. If you are looking to advance your skills alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team, then this could be the role for you!

The Role

As you help supervise on a range of commercial projects, your role will entail:

• Daily site set up & inductions.
• Drive work to be delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure all work is completed on spec to a high standard.
• Manage team of staff and subcontractors effectively.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a trade background in conjunction with commercial experience, ideally carpentry and/or shop-fitting, to expand and apply their skills to site management.
