We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Site Supervisor to join a rapidly growing commercial construction company. Over the last 2 years our client has experienced rapid growth, doubling both their revenue and headcount in that time. Their goal - to provide a completely different approach & revolutionize construction in South Australia.

About the role:

• Roving across multiple sites - unlike regular foreperson roles this role will have you involved on multiple different jobs and learning from multiple different people
• Direct progression into being a Site Manager in the future
• Learning & implementing new construction systems, including utilizing technology that is AI assisted
• Work alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative environment
• Be part of a company known for delivering high-quality commercial projects
• Salary Package up to $100k + Super + $15k Car Allowance

About You:

• Trade background essential – carpentry is most desirable, but we are also open to those from plumbing, electrical, or other trades
• 1+ years of experience working on commercial construction sites is essential
• Ambition & Motivation – we are looking for individuals eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
