Office Manager - Finance & Administration
Join a locally owned, growing stock feed manufacturer as an experienced Office Manager. Lead their Administration Team and contribute to their continued success. This hands-on senior role reports directly to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that support business growth
- Prepare and report on financials, including income statements, balance sheets, payroll and cash flow
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll and employee benefits
- Supervise and mentor the Finance and Administrations Team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, from HR to WorkSafe and environmental audits
- Collaborate with external consultants to maintain HR policies and OHS standards
What You Bring
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and business management
- Advanced skills in MYOB and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Prior experience in supervising an administration team
Desirable
- HR Management and/or OHS Management experience
- Accounting Qualification
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy haulage compliance
You will be required to have a working understanding of all roles within the administration team, including Admin/Weighbridge, Purchasing, Sales and HR & Compliance
Working Hours
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Must be available for additional hours for month-end, year-end and project-specific tasks. Holiday blackout periods may apply
