Opportunity
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Grande Food Service as an Accounts Administration & Receivals Specialist. This full-time role is based in Albany and plays a critical part in our administrative and financial operations. We offer flexible hours and can consider part-time opportunities for the right person.
You will work closely with our receivals and finance teams, liaising with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for
Stock Receival & Data Entry: Accurately enter received stock into the system, verify deliveries against documentation, update pricing and ensure correct stock levels.
Discrepancy Management: Raise credits for damaged, incorrect, or missing items and follow up with suppliers and third parties to resolve issues promptly.
Documentation & Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records for all stock received
Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers and freight carriers regarding deliveries, discrepancies, and delays to support smooth operations.
Accounts & Invoicing: Follow up on outstanding invoices, enter freight carrier invoices, manage EFT payments receipts and reconcile all supplier statements.
Reporting: Process monthly sales rebates and claims.
Office Administration order office supplies and coordinate basic facility needs, maintain organized and up to date filing system (digital and physical).
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in an administration or finance role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (Excel, Google Drive).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
