Office Administrator / Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
Location: Sibre Australia – Port Melbourne
Hours: 25 hours per week

With a commitment to precision, reliability, and excellent customer service, we are looking to expand our support team with an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Bookkeeper.
The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to manage day-to-day office administration and bookkeeping tasks. Reporting directly to the Director, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and can work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration including filing, ordering supplies, and coordinating correspondence
Data entry, document management, and record keeping
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and account reconciliations
Payroll processing and superannuation
BAS preparation and lodgment assistance
Inwards and outwards freight management
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and external accountants
Maintaining a tidy and efficient office environment
About You:
Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping (Xero or MYOB experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Understanding of Australian accounting and payroll practices
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage but not essential
