JOB TITLE: Administration Officer

PURPOSE: The Administration Officer role is essential to the smooth running of Central Medical Group (“CMG”). It facilitates all aspect of support and assistance to all members of CMG, enabling delivery of exceptional customer service to our patients, clinical team, and visitors.

The Administration Officer role incorporates all administration functions, including Front of House reception, diary management, phone bookings and queries, as well as all office tasks that support the running of the business.

TERMS: Part time 24hours per week

LOCATION: Central Medical Group 224 Beechworth Road, Wodonga VIC 3690

WAGE: Support Services Level 6 – Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration Officer.

Familiarity with Medicare billing.

Prior experience within the health industry, with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
