What You’ll Be Doing

Guide and train Property Management processes and teams in streamlined, efficient back-end operations

Document, refine, and teach best-practice processes

Support Australian real estate agencies in scaling rent rolls without adding internal admin overhead

Leverage your expertise to empower others and drive real impact across the industry

We’re seeking an experienced property professional with 5–7 years in real estate or property management. You’ll have solid knowledge of industry software such as PropertyMe, PropertyTree, or Console, and be confident in communicating and mentoring others. A background in trust accounting or real estate sales support is a strong advantage. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to move beyond day-to-day portfolio work and make a broader impact by training teams and improving systems.
