The Role:

As our next Residential Property Manager, you'll support our dynamic team and be part of a fun environment where you can grow and thrive. Your day will include, but not be limited to:

• Nurturing existing client relationships between landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Managing a growing portfolio of properties
• Carrying out routine inspections
• Conducting entry and exit condition reports
• Maintaining and managing all necessary compliance requirements
• Attending industry and networking events to build relationships within the community

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in the real estate industry
• Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence and a valid driver’s licence
• Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic and strong drive to succeed
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
• Professional, well-presented, and confident with a mature outlook
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
