We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator with very strong skills in social media, email marketing, content creation and copywriting, to support the account service team. You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant agency experience. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from the best, grow your skills and your career in a busy and very successful independent agency.
We do NOT sponsor and you must be living in Sydney. This is not am entry level role. You must have min 2-3 years of agency experience.
Responsibilities
Support the digital marketing team across all agency clients (Socials, eDM, content and website updates)
Develop and execute creative social strategies that grow reach, followers, and engagement across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest for agency clients
Work with the digital team across their client’s social channels – from developing content calendars, writing copy, designing posts in Canva, daily posting and everything in between.
Email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, MailChimp, and Campaign Monitor – from ideation, copywriting, design, build and sending and reporting
Crafting beautiful and engaging graphics in Canva or Photoshop
Create video reels using supplied video using Canva and CapCut
Writing copy for email campaigns, social posts, case studies etc
Brainstorming for ideas to make your client's campaigns successful
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and written content
Support various marketing projects and initiatives as needed
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field
Must have native-level written and spoken English.
2–5 years experience in a similar social digital marketing role
Agency experience
Experience managing social media accounts and creating content.
Experience developing engaging copy for email marketing campaigns and building out campaigns
Up-to-date with latest social media best practice (Meta and LinkedIn)
Experience with Canva or Photoshop with an eye for design
Experience with Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, and other email platforms
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
