They specialise in full-service HVAC maintenance, upgrades, and major projects across large commercial buildings, healthcare, industrial facilities, education, retail, and government sites. The Role – Service Estimator (HVAC Maintenance & Upgrades)
As part of their continued expansion, the business is seeking an experienced National Service Estimator to join their growing national team. You’ll play a key role in securing major service contracts and upgrade projects, working alongside sales managers, project managers, and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend pre-tender site inspections to assess project scope and gather data.

Conduct bid evaluations and contribute to Bid/No Bid decision-making.

Prepare and submit competitive pricing for HVAC maintenance contracts and upgrade projects.

Participate in post-submission clarification responses and tender presentations.

Complete risk assessments, cost control analysis, and value management exercises.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop high-quality, commercially sound tender submissions.

Maintain the quotation register, sales folders, and all associated tender documentation.

Build strong supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure market competitiveness and accurate pricing.

Salary Expectations:

$115k - $130k + Super (salary reviews conducted every year!)

What You Bring:

Estimating experience within the HVAC industry, ideally with a focus on service and maintenance contracts.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to assess project risks.

Confident attending client sites and assessing technical project details.

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and documentation skills.

Ability to build supplier networks and maintain strong industry relationships.

Team-focused with strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
