Backed by a solid pipeline of diverse tenders and iconic upcoming projects, they are now seeking an Intermediate to Senior Estimator to join their Sydney team and help shape the future of high-quality construction delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

Report directly to the Estimating Manager.

Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and submissions within required timeframes.

Manage tender enquiries, assess supplier quotes, and conduct detailed quote follow-ups.

Carry out accurate quantity take-offs (on-screen) and prepare Bills of Quantities.

Deliver high-quality estimates that meet technical and company standards.

Build strong supplier and subcontractor relationships to secure competitive pricing.

Conduct post-submission tender follow-ups with clients.

Ensure strict compliance with all company, industry, and regulatory standards.

Role Requirements:

We are seeking an Intermediate Estimator with 4–6 years of experience in commercial building construction, particularly within sectors such as Commercial, Education, Community, Leisure/Aquatic, Government, Health, and Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced blend of technical proficiency and collaborative spirit, thriving in a supportive and innovative environment.

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

4–6 years of estimating experience in commercial building projects, with exposure to sectors such as Education, Community, Leisure/Aquatic, Government, Health, and Infrastructure.

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite or similar.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
