About the Role:

Red Oak Carpentry is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. This role plays a key part in supporting our high-end residential projects by delivering accurate and timely quotes that reflect our commitment to quality, service, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and competitive quotes for carpentry works across small and large-scale residential projects

Review architectural plans and specifications to ensure comprehensive take-offs

Liaise with builders, suppliers, and internal teams to source pricing and clarify project requirements

Assist in labour allocation estimates for our supply and install services and labour hire solutions

Requirements:

We're looking for individuals who have the following attributes:

Qualifications or certifications in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Construction.

3+ years experience as an Estimator.

Strong attention to detail and good with numbers.

Sharp thinking and the ability to spot issues before they become problems.
