Residential Construction project Estimator – Residential Construction

$120k Base Plus Super plus Phone, laptop and more

About US:

We are a Growing residential Building company who specialises in all types of brand new homes, Ranging from single Storeys, Double storeys, Duplexes, Luxury Home Building and more. We are on the lookout for an experienced construction estimator to assist in estimating Residential Projects and more. If you are an experienced Construction Estimator, please read below. An exciting opportunity with a vibrant and growing Residential building company is open and ready to take the right candidate on ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review and Interpret Project Documents, Contracts and specifications.

-Meet with Clients and Management to organise the project inclusions etc

-Source and gather Quotations from Trades, suppliers and subcontractors for such projects

-Conduct Material Take Offs and Pricing

-Work closely with Our Architects, designers and project managers

-Prepare Detailed Proposals and tender submissions for clients

-Attend site visits on clients’ sites and meetings

-Review Site plans and all documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates

-Update Contracts and adjust any estimates on projects inclusions and additional works requested from clients / scope adjustments

Qualifications:

-Proven Track record and worked for a reputable Residential building company previously 3-5 years would be more preferrable

-Strong Background Knowledge of Construction Methods, regulations and all practices

-Very accurate in estimating and using various software and also has a good eye for estimating also etc MS Office suite and various software

-Builders licence possibly will be good as there is future growth within the company
