Senior Estimator - HVAC

About The Role:

• Lead estimation and tender process for HVAC projects up to $10M
• Manage a significant portion of the team's tender workload
• Opportunity to manage larger, complex projects up to a total value of $170M/year
• After you have become familiar with the client's systems, oversee junior estimators and lead the team

Who You Are:

• Mechanical Engineering degree plus 2 years' HVAC estimating experience
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Desire to contribute and take on leadership

What You Will Be Doing:

• Accurate estimating and tender submissions
• Review/negotiation of supplier/subcontractor quotes
• Value engineering and cost optimisation
• Client meetings, site walks, and tender interviews
