About the Position
The Account Manager is the key link between clients and the internal design engineering team, ensuring the delivery of creative projects that align with both brand guidelines and platform capability. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, managing briefs, and supporting the end-to-end creative workflow from scoping to delivery.
- Manage client relationships and briefs: Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, translating creative and technical requirements into clear direction for internal teams.
- Drive project delivery: Oversee the lifecycle of client briefs from submission to completion, including timeline management, approvals and coordination across internal stakeholders.
- Ensure platform value: Educate clients on best-practice use of the platform including templated design logic, brand automation features and content scalability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the design engineers, product, and customer success teams to ensure creative solutions are aligned to the platform’s capabilities and client objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities: Spot opportunities to deepen client engagement through upselling additional templates or expanding platform usage.
About You
The successful candidate will bring a proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to work across creative and technical disciplines. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy translating creative ideas into structured, scalable outcomes.
- Proven experience: Demonstrated success in account management or client services, ideally within a creative agency, SaaS, or marketing tech environment.
- Strong communication skills: Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to clearly brief internal teams and manage client expectations.
- Creative and commercial mindset: Able to interpret brand and marketing objectives and translate them into actionable design solutions.
- Detail-oriented and organised: Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders without losing sight of detail or quality.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable: Comfortable using digital tools and navigating creative platforms, with a willingness to learn and problem-solve in real time.
