Medaesthetics is seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced Marketing/Social Media Manager to lead marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and drive business growth through strategic campaigns and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. You'll work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. With strong content creation skills and social media experience, you excel in managing social media accounts , creating captivating Videography, Photography and Social Media Content. You are responsible for engaging with our online community, keeping our social media active and growing with content, stories, comments, conversations, DMs and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns, including events, digital, social media, email, and content marketing.

Assist in website marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing & web analytics, ensuring website marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.

Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms), managing campaigns on all platforms

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction rate to identify new opportunities.

Manage day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including campaigns, timelines, budgets, and ROI.

Analyze marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Coordinate with external partners. (influencers, agencies)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

An experienced Marketing Manager, with at least 1–2 years in a management role.

Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and marketing platforms.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

A self-starter, with an ability to work autonomously & collaboratively to achieve company targets and goals.

Experience in influencer marketing and community management.

Knowledge of SEO and paid social media advertising.

An all-round content creator who creates exceptional videography, photography and social media content.

Strong communication skills with excellent English (verbal and written).

Proficient with Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with Meta Business Suite & Adobe Creative Cloud

Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
